Biggest win: 250,000+ mangrove planted
Envision Racing wanted to go beyond being the ‘greenest team on the greenest grid’ by engaging their global fanbase in climate action. Through their Race Against Climate Change initiative, they aimed to empower individuals to take pledges that drive measurable impact.
To bring pledges to life, Envision partnered with Earthly. For every commitment fans made, a mangrove tree was planted in Madagascar. This gave fans a tangible connection to action, while ensuring the initiative delivered real, verifiable climate benefits.
Envision and their fans have planted over 250,000 mangroves, removing over 650 tonnes of CO₂. Beyond carbon, the trees also provide storm protection, clean water and biodiversity benefits to coastal communities in Maroalika, Madagascar.

"It is most important to us to partner with organisations that can deliver on what we ask of them, at the scale we need, while also adhering to the highest standards and following the most eco-friendly practices."
Envision Racing chose Earthly for our ability to deliver at scale, while maintaining the highest environmental and social standards. The partnership ensures that every pledge is matched with a tangible outcome, providing fans with confidence that their actions matter.
Transparency, verification, and consistent reporting were key for Envision: knowing that the campaign’s progress could be tracked and communicated effectively. By planting trees on behalf of fans, Envision has built deeper engagement and demonstrated their wider commitment to sustainability, both on and off the track.
This partnership continues to inspire conversations and action in the race against climate change.
Benefitting people, nature and climate around the world
Through this initiative, Envision have helped to plant over 250,000 magnificent mangroves in Maroalika, Madagascar. Mangroves store even more carbon than traditional forests and provide multiple benefits to coastal communities like storm protection and water filtration. Each tree removes around 308kg of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere throughout its life cycle.
