Co-founder & CEO
Oliver Bolton

CEO & Co-Founder at Earthly, Oliver is a 4x founder on a mission to protect & regenerate >1% of our planet by 2030.
He sits on the advisory board of the International Advisory Panel on Biodiversity Credits & is a Business Advisor to Stop Ecocide International.
He founded Europe’s first B-Corp certified health drinks company, Waterbomb, and co-founded Vitl.com, the UK’s leading subscription nutrition brand. Awards include the COP27 ClimaTech Prize, the World Economic Forum’s 2023 NatureTech Prize, & the Virgin VOOM award from Sir Richard Branson.
Olly also hosts the Wilding Earth YouTube series, spotlighting restoration in the UK.
Olly has delivered keynotes and workshops at events like the Climate Change Summit in Bucharest and Blue Earth Summit BE100.

Lorenzo Curci
Lorenzo Curci is the co-founder and CCO of Earthly. His deep connection to nature began in his youth, growing up in Tuscany, and now, he proudly supports the region as a member of the Tuscany Environment Foundation's steering committee.
Prior to starting Earthly, Lorenzo managed a team of 30 at Credit Suisse within the Equity Derivatives division. However, drawn to entrepreneurship, Lorenzo founded Huez in 2013, a technical cycling brand dedicated to getting people out of cars and onto bikes.
In 2018, Lorenzo felt more could be done to address climate change. He then co-founded Earthly with a mission to help businesses invest in high-quality nature-based solutions.
Lorenzo has spoken at events including Terras and FT Live, sharing practical routes for companies to invest in nature.

It was an honour to join the Climate Change Summit in Bucharest, where Olly delivered an inspiring keynote alongside global leaders from academia and policy.
